1. Independent Service Provider Disclaimer

Techno Bharat Solutions is an independent third-party appliance repair and service provider operating in Ranchi, Jharkhand and Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Techno Bharat Solutions is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or an official service center of any appliance manufacturer or brand, including but not limited to Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, IFB, Sony, or any other brand.

Any brand names, trademarks, logos, or references mentioned on this website are used solely for identification and informational purposes and do not imply any association, authorization, or partnership with the respective brand owners.


2. Visit and Inspection Charges

Techno Bharat Solutions follows a distance-based visit and inspection charge policy, applicable to all service bookings.

Ranchi

  • A minimum visit and inspection fee of ₹299 applies for service locations within 2 kilometers of our service point in Kadru, Ranchi.

  • For locations beyond 2 kilometers, visit charges shall be determined based on distance.

Raipur

  • A minimum visit and inspection fee of ₹299 applies for service locations within 2 kilometers of our designated service point in Raipur.

  • For locations beyond 2 kilometers, visit charges shall be determined based on distance.

Additional Conditions

  • The exact visit and inspection charge will be communicated and confirmed with the customer prior to technician dispatch.

  • Once the technician completes the inspection or diagnosis, the confirmed visit and inspection charge becomes non-refundable, irrespective of whether the customer proceeds with the repair.


3. Repair Warranty Policy

Techno Bharat Solutions provides a limited 30-day service warranty on repairs and spare parts replaced by our technicians.

This warranty:

  • Is applicable only to the specific repair and parts replaced.

  • Does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, electrical fluctuations, or unrelated faults.

  • Becomes null and void if the appliance is serviced, repaired, modified, or inspected by any third party during the warranty period.


4. Payment Terms

  • Techno Bharat Solutionsdoes not accept online payments through this website.

  • All payments, including visit charges and repair costs, must be made directly to the technician upon completion of the service.

  • Accepted payment modes are Cash or UPI only, unless otherwise communicated in writing.


5. Service Availability and Working Hours

Service Locations

Techno Bharat Solutions provides services in:

  • Ranchi District: Including but not limited to Ranchi city, Kanke, Ratu, Namkum, Bundu, and surrounding areas.

  • Raipur District: Including Raipur city and nearby serviceable locations.

Service availability is subject to technician availability and operational feasibility.

Working Hours

Services are provided from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, excluding public holidays unless otherwise specified.


6. Limitation of Liability

Techno Bharat Solutions shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, appliance breakdowns, or non-availability of spare parts.

  • Pre-existing conditions or faults in the appliance not related to the service performed.

  • Loss or damage caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Techno Bharat Solutions operates strictly as a third-party service provider and hereby declares that it is not affiliated with, authorized by, associated with, sponsored by, or partnered with any appliance manufacturer, brand, platform, or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

We do not represent ourselves as an “Authorized Service Center,” “Official Service Partner,” or “Brand Service Provider.”
All services are performed by independent technicians, primarily for out-of-warranty appliances, unless otherwise disclosed to the customer in writing.

All brand names, product names, logos, and trademarks (including but not limited to LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Godrej, Haier, Voltas, IFB, Lloyd, and others) displayed or referenced on this website are the registered trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Warranty Limitation & Liability Disclaimer

Service Warranty

Any warranty provided on workmanship or replacement parts is a limited service warranty issued solely by Techno Bharat Solutions.
This warranty is independent of and separate from any manufacturer or OEM warranty.

Manufacturer Warranty Disclaimer

Customers are expressly informed that engaging a third-party repair service may result in the voiding of an existing manufacturer’s warranty.

Techno Bharat Solutions shall not be held responsible or liable for:

  • Any manufacturer warranty rendered void

  • Any warranty-related claims denied by the OEM due to third-party servicing

Spare Parts Disclosure

Replacement parts used may be aftermarket, refurbished, or genuine, depending on availability and customer consent.
Such parts are not covered under OEM warranty unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.

5. Jurisdictional Service Area & Operational Scope

Techno Bharat Solutions provides doorstep services strictly within the following regions:

  • Ranchi Metropolitan Area and surrounding districts (Jharkhand)

  • Raipur Metropolitan Area and nearby serviceable localities (Chhattisgarh)

Service requests outside these jurisdictions may be declined at our sole discretion based on operational feasibility.
